Service Description

The room will be heated to 78-80 degrees. This class will use Pilates principles of: 1) Control for effective core building 2) HIIT to get the cardiovascular up and calories burning. Your core is also known as the power house and refers to the transverse abdominal muscle, spinae erectors, pelvic floor, diaphragm, glutes and legs. A strong core is the foundation for good posture and all functional movements. HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training involves pairing periods of intense high-energy exercise with low-effort rest intervals to challenge the specific energy system. Fun playlists, upbeat energy, and transformative results!
