We offer a range of classes including Vinyasa, Restorative, Sculpt, Yin, Therapeutic, Breathwork, Warm Pilates and Gentle Yoga—each designed to support your unique wellness journey. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience, our instructors provide modifications and guidance to help you feel comfortable and confident at any level. Every class is an invitation to move, breathe, and feel good.

* A card is required on file for online bookings (even with a plan) so late cancellations can be handled smoothly.

**Walk-in's are welcome, however signing up before class is encouraged. If you are a walk-in please arrive early. If a class has less than 3 students signed up it may be cancelled.

Restorative Yoga Pajama Party - 1st Tuesday of the Month @ 6pm (Ranya Anabtawi) - Changed to 7p for March.
Breathwork with KT Taylor resumes in April

Child Watch offered for Friday @ 10am class (18 + months) - complete child waiver to attend.
Chair Yoga - Offered Wednesdays @ 10:30am.

We’re so glad you’re joining us! Please review these quick guidelines so everything runs smoothly for you and our community:

**Arriving for Class** 

Please arrive a few minutes early. Doors lock right at class time for safety. Late arrivals or missed classes are not refundable.

- Bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class. Mats are available for a $3 rental fee. Blocks & bolsters are provided.

**Payments** A credit card is required on file for all online bookings so that late cancellations can be taken care of smoothly. All sales are final — no refunds.

​

**Cancellations & No-Shows**

  • Cancel 12+ hrs before class : Free + class credit returned

  • Cancel <12 hrs before class : $5 charge + class credit returned

  • Cancel < 30 mins or no-show: Class forfeited (Unlimited plans: $5 no-show)

 

**How to Cancel or Reschedule**
- Log in on our website or use the Fit by Wix app (code **9UIRLH**).
- Go to "My Bookings" → Select your class → Tap "Reschedule" or "Cancel".

i Feel Good Vinyasa Flow 

A grounding, breath-led yoga flow to reconnect with your body and reset your mind. This class focuses on alignment, fluid movement, and feel-good energy.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply nourishing practice designed to reset the nervous system and support emotional regulation. With the use of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose is held for extended time to invite the body into stillness and the mind into calm. Perfect for anyone feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or in need of rest and replenishment.

Yoga Sculpt

A fun, feel-good fusion of yoga, strength, and cardio. We mix flowing movement with light weights and upbeat tunes to start your day strong and sweaty. All levels welcome!

Hips & Healing

Release tension and increase mobility in your hips and lower back with this gentle yoga class. Explore specific hip-opening and strengthening poses to increase flexibility and build core stability. The practice offers a mind-body connection to help release accumulated emotional and physical stress. With the support of props like blocks and bolsters, this class provides a safe and relaxing experience for all levels.

Gentle Flow

This calming, slow-paced class is perfect for those looking to ease into movement, release tension, and connect with their breath. Gentle Flow combines mindful stretching with simple flowing sequences to support flexibility, balance, and relaxation. It’s ideal for beginners, those returning to their practice, or anyone seeking a more restorative and grounding experience. All levels are welcome—no prior yoga experience needed.

Therapeutic Yoga

This class blends somatic movement, supported poses, breathwork, and mindful awareness to promote healing on all levels. Especially helpful for students managing chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, or stress-related conditions. A personalized and compassionate approach to movement that meets you right where you are.

Breathwork

Experience a profound journey into your inner wisdom to release old patterns and embrace a renewed sense of well-being. Using a powerful blend of curated sound and intentional breathwork, we create a secure and nurturing space for you to relax and heal deeply. This experience is designed to leave you feeling calm, focused, and empowered, with a newfound sense of lightness and a more heart-centered perspective.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that targets the body's deep connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and joints. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing muscles to relax and enabling a safe, deep stretch that improves flexibility and joint mobility over time. This emphasis on stillness also provides a powerful opportunity for introspection and mindfulness, helping to calm the nervous system and release deep-seated physical and emotional tension. Ideal for athletes seeking to balance more active "yang" workouts or for anyone looking to de-stress and reconnect with their inner calm, this class offers a journey toward increased body awareness, reduced anxiety, and a profound sense of peace.
