Cancellation Policy

**Child Watch Program Policies & Agreement** **Payment:** Please bring cash or Venmo to pay the Child Watch sitter on site. Welcome to Child Watch at **i Feel Good Yoga & Juice Bar!** Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space for children while parents enjoy their scheduled class. **Child Watch Program:** Child Watch provides temporary, supervised play for children while parents attend a scheduled class. This service is not daycare, childcare, or a licensed childcare program. **Parent Requirement:** Parents or legal guardians must remain at the studio during class and be available to return to the Child Watch room immediately if needed. **Program Length:** Child Watch is available only during your scheduled class (approximately 45 to 55 minutes) and consists of supervised, unstructured play. **Health:** Children must be healthy and able to safely participate in a group play environment. Please do not bring a child who is sick or showing signs of a contagious illness. **Restroom & Behavior:** Staff do not provide bathroom assistance or one-on-one care. Parents will be asked to leave class if their child needs the restroom, diapering, becomes inconsolable, or requires parental assistance due to behavior. **Assumption of Risk:** Parents acknowledge that normal play involves inherent risks, including minor bumps and scrapes, and voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of their child. **Release of Liability:** By participating, you release and hold harmless i Feel Good Yoga & Juice Bar, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from your child's participation, except as otherwise required by law. **Emergency Authorization:** If a medical emergency occurs and a parent cannot be reached immediately, you authorize staff to seek appropriate emergency medical care for your child. By registering your child for Child Watch, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
